Lived there, good if you are single and party, I would never raise a family there. Mega fiat. Mega trashy and transient.. Tampa on the other hand, very different. Very clean, awesome development, beautiful water and bay everywhere, good schools, a lot cheaper than Miami… Would totally raise a family there 🤙
