New: The Dept. of Health and Human Services's Office of Civil Rights has launched an investigation into the Change Healthcare hack, and "whether a breach of protected health information occurred," as well as Change's compliance with HIPAA rules. Change Healthcare, which handles around one-third to half of all U.S. patient records, has yet to confirm a breach during its ongoing ransomware attack.
