Nice use of the stats charts!! That's a great clarification, the expected premium will vary depending on your currency and the supply/demand imbalance of that currency (USD is more liquid than, say, RUB) Also, keep in mind, the fiat payment method can command a higher premium if it is more private whereas less private payment methods (which are the majority unfortunately) tend to have lower premiums because more sellers are accepting those payment methods.
