And still majority of Americans call them selves Christians without having any problem shooting other people to death (btw I'm not judging anyone here, just saying it's completely against Jesus's teachings) Then on the other hand in most Western European countries majority consider to be atheist, but still follow (many times unconsciously) the teachings of Jesus about not resisting evil with violence (i.e. not killing the burglar)
