Actually come to think of it, I know a few pre school teachers, as well. In the end, we homeschooled and have done so for 9 years. We have one in university now and one in highschool. Our highschooler walked straight into honors and AP classes... We spent less than 1k a year for all students combined. We taught biology in the garden and with a microscope, we taught space and science at the museums, observatories and planetariums. They go to the ballet, they go to the theater. They volunteer on farms. Schools and teachers... Extremely overrated.
