Incredibly interesting take on intellectual property which in principle or "theory" I agree with but not sure I would support. It's quite iffy, potential disuputes of two people who wrote the exact same code could happen in reality, but one being copyrighted before the other could make the owner of the earlier code the rightful owner if thatt code itself, therefore he could ask for damages.
