I can't remember a British summer being this wet. June was typical, I wouldn't say excellent. If we had a really hot July then we'd be told it was proof of climate change. Since we're having a wet one, it's a rogue 'gulf stream' or it's the 'weather not climate'. They pick and choose depending on the conditions.
