Those Iron pans are a game changer! How the fuck could they convince people to use non stick cancerous coatings, which stop working after a year? This stuff you coat yourself with beef tallow, minimal effort. You can recoat if needed in 30 Minutes and the pan lasts much longer and is cheaper. I just startet my iron pan journey, but I testes eggs with bacon, steak, pancakes nothing sticks it's like magic. Also works on my induction stove. Can recommend!
