Showed my sister how to cook some eggs this morning. She had no clue. Couldn't believe it was only a few mins. Her 5 and 7 year old kids get cereal loaded with sugar everyday and are wired tantrum throwing nightmares. Pasta for dinner. 'It's all they eat'. We've lost our connection to nature.
